Chibuzor Charles Agomuoh

With 14 years of professional experience in youth development, conflict management, and energy transition, Mr. Agomuoh has initiated and led multiple projects in Nigeria, Ethiopia, The Gambia, Madagascar, Namibia, Kenya, Angola and the United States, serving thousands in different parts of the world. He studied Civic Engagement at Appalachian State University, North Carolina.

 

From 2022 to 2024, he served as Specialist Mentor and Lead Specialist on the Community Engagement Exchange(CEE) Program of the U.S. Department of State, providing support to CEE Fellows.

He has contributed to several international publications.

His book, “Rising at Sunrise”, is currently read in 26 countries and featured by the African Studies Center and the Global Youth Advancement Network of Michigan State University.

 

His work has received several international recognitions, including 2018 Mandela Washington Fellowship, 2019 IREX Youth Essential Skills Champion, “Honorary Citizen of Boone,” by the Mayor of Boone, North Carolina, 2024 Clean Energy Incubator Program of IREX and Surge Climate Talent.
